Step 1: Connect
Schedule your appointment directly via email or portal. We currently serve adults 18+ in UT, ID, CO, KS (telehealth only).
Your care starts with listening.
Step 2: Evaluate
We review your intake forms, medical history, symptoms, and goals. Not every treatment is right for every body—and we’ll keep it that real. Labs may be ordered, referrals may be made. You won’t be rushed.
Step 3: Customize
Whether it’s peptides, GLP-1s, hormone therapy, or genetic guidance—we’ll design a plan that meets your physiology, not the algorithm. You’re a person, not a protocol.
Step 4: Ongoing Optimization
Monthly check-ins allow us to fine-tune your progress, monitor labs, address questions, and adapt your care as your body evolves.
