❓Do you accept insurance?
Yes and no. We are out-of-network for some insurances but can bill some services if applicable. If your plan doesn’t cover our services or you have a high deductible, we offer transparent cash pay options. You’ll be informed before you’re ever billed—no surprise charges here. We will verify coverage prior to your appointment.
❓Can I use HSA or FSA cards?
Yes, for most services—especially consultations, lab work, and prescribed treatments. Always double-check with your plan administrator, though, because some HSA/FSA providers get fussy.
❓What states do you serve?
We currently offer telehealth services in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Kansas. All care is remote unless otherwise stated. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.
❓Can I use insurance for prescriptions?
Yes and no. If receiving compounded medications then no as insurances typically do not cover compounded medications, nor does the pharmacy accept insurance for compounded medications. However, depending on prescribed medications and pharmacy then insurance may be able to be used.
What kinds of treatments do you offer?
We specialize in clinical genetics, peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight management, hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), anti-aging support, and personalized care plans. Treatments are tailored—what’s right for one person may not be for another.
Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?
Yes, when appropriate. Not every patient is a fit. You’ll undergo evaluation and lab work, and if a GLP-1 fits your metabolic profile, we’ll discuss dosing and expectations. Meds are compounded and not covered by insurance.
Are your treatments FDA-approved?
Some are. Some are off-label, meaning they are used outside their original FDA indications but backed by emerging clinical evidence. You’ll be informed every step of the way, and you’ll never be pressured.
Do you provide gender-affirming hormone therapy?
No. Our HRT services are strictly for treating naturally occurring hormone imbalances, such as perimenopause, andropause, thyroid dysfunction, and related metabolic disorders.
What happens if I have a side effect or concern?
If you have any concerns or notice side effects, you can contact us by call, text, or email. A staff member may respond on the provider’s behalf, or the provider may reach out directly depending on the urgency of the issue.
📧 Please note: Email is reserved for non-urgent matters. If you email a concern, allow 3–5 business days for a response.
📱 Texting and phone calls are preferred for urgent concerns so we can triage and respond more quickly.
⚠️ If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not wait—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
❓Can you be my primary care provider?
We do not provide full-scope primary care unless explicitly agreed upon. Our focus is targeted, functional, and optimization care. We encourage all patients to maintain an outside PCP for routine screenings and emergencies.
❓How can I reach the provider?
You can reach us via call, text, or email. For non-urgent matters, email is preferred so we can respond thoroughly and keep things organized.

What is telehealth?
Telehealth allows you to meet with your provider via video, phone call, or secure messaging, all from the comfort of your home—or barn, if that’s your vibe. No traffic, no waiting rooms, no catching someone else’s cough.
❓How do I prepare for my telehealth appointment?
Make sure you’re in a quiet, private space with good lighting.
Strong internet connection is key.
Have your questions, medications, and recent symptoms ready to discuss.
You’ll get a link or instructions sent before your visit.
❓What technology do I need?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your information. If texting or calling is your preference, let us know.
❓Is telehealth secure?
Yes. All visits are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platform with encrypted communication. We don’t play around with your privacy.
❓Can I still get labs or prescriptions?
Yes. We electronically send prescriptions to your pharmacy and will order labs at local labs or send test kits by mail depending on the service. You’ll know exactly what’s needed after your visit.
❓Can I do telehealth if I live in another state?
Only if you’re in a state where we’re licensed. Currently: Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Kansas. You must physically be in one of those states during your telehealth visit—even if you live somewhere else.
❓What if I have a medical emergency?
Then telehealth isn’t the answer. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We’re here for targeted, ongoing, and optimization-focused care—not urgent crises.
